Returns & Exchanges
A.P.C. offers a 14-day return window from the date of delivery for items in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that certain limited edition items or final sale products may not be eligible for return or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Log in to your A.P.C. account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are intact, and include the printed return form inside the box.
Ship the Items
Affix the provided pre-paid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at the designated carrier location or schedule a collection.
Receive Your Refund
Once our quality control team inspects and approves the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
